10$ ART
For my 3D design class our first assignment was learning about scale. To accomplish this, we were required to create a piece as large as we could with only 10 dollars. I created this piece below with seven 2"x 1"x 8' pieces of wood at 75 cents each, metal bracket supports, wire, and 25 trash bags fused together with an iron. Specifically, it is a five sided, inverse pyramid with the tip (bottom) cut off and a diagonal slice off the base (top). The dimensions are approximately 7' X 10'. My planning involved a lot of geometry. I felt it was quite successful.
